What exactly does SG Shrewsbury do?

We celebrate! We offer full-service custom yard greeting rentals. Our greetings are all-inclusive! This means that we handle the design, delivery, installation, and removal of your greeting.

How do I make a reservation? 

Start by completing the Booking Form at SGShrewsbury.com. Then monitor your email for an invoice due 3 days prior to installation.

 

Do I get to keep the signs?

No, we offer a rental service with durable all-weather commercial signs. That’s the beauty of it though, as favorite colors & interests change from year-to-year, the recipient will never have the same greeting twice.

 

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Shrewsbury, PA & travel in every direction from Parkton, MD to parts of York, PA and from Manchester, MD to New Park, PA. Service areas are defined by ZIP code, so visit SignGypsies.com to easily find your SG location. 

 

When are the signs installed?

We begin installing at 6:30pm the night before your event date for a morning surprise. Based on our workload, most nights we finish our route by 2am. We offer daytime installations and scheduled appointments for an additional fee. 

 

Do you accept last minute requests?

Absolutely! There is a +$40 fee for same-day installations, and a +$25 fee for next-day installs.

 

How long will the greeting stay in my yard? 

We install the night before your event, and then return to pick-up after 7pm on your celebration day. The exact time will vary based on that evening’s route. For guaranteed extra time, we offer a discount on a 2nd rental day. 

 

Do I need to be there when you arrive? 

No, you do not need to meet with us in-person. You can even surprise someone at a different address! Someone in the household must know to expect us. That’s for our safety. 

 

What if it rains, or we have severe weather?

Our signs are waterproof, so there are no concerns with rain, sleet, or snow. We don’t mind getting wet as long as conditions are safe. Our biggest enemy is severe wind. We monitor wind forecasts to prepare and adjust as needed. In rare cases, we will modify set-up and/or pick-up times if the roads are unsafe for travel due to snow/ice. Our goal is to make it happen! We will openly communicate with you as your date approaches.

 

Can I set-up or take down the sign myself? 

No, our signs must be installed & removed by trained SG personnel. This ensures a true reflection of our brand standards. We also want to eliminate the possibility of damage to the signs and injury to you. 

 

How early should I order?

The early bird gets the worm, or in this case- the earlier you book, the better chance of reserving your desired colors & graphics. Some customers order 6 months in advance while others plan 1 week ahead. Order 3 days before your event date to avoid a rush fee.
